Entry Information

  • Early Bird pricing is available for the first 250 entries in each category.
  • Under 12 pricing applies to participants aged 11 years and younger on race day.
  • Children under 2 years of age are free.
  • Additional postage fees apply where selected. No postage is available after 10 January 2027.
  • Official City2City merchandise is sold separately and is not included in the entry fee.
  • Online credit/debit card payments only.
  • No entries will be accepted on race day.

 Prize Terms & Conditions

  1. Adult winners must have entered as adults; junior winners must be under 14 at the time of the event.
  2. Vouchers and merchandise are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Accommodation and experience prizes are subject to provider availability and must be booked directly with the provider.
  4. Winners do not have to be present to claim prizes, though attendance is encouraged.
  5. All prizes must be claimed within 3 months of the event unless otherwise specified.
  6. Prize values and inclusions vary based on generous community donations and do not reflect the level of competition.
