In line with the new COVID-normal, we have made several significant changes to ensure we keep our community safe, while at the same time provide an opportunity for the community to thank our front line health workers and celebrate our community. A summary of these changes is outlined below:

  • Registrations will open on Monday, 11 January and close on Friday, 19 February
  • The Walk & Talk moves to a virtual format – Those who usually walk the entire course will need to participate in the Virtual Walk & Talk in 2021.
  • Walk & Talk bibs will be emailed to participants as PDFs to print at home or work
  • Fun run courses will have capped registrations (15km – 500; 10km – 1,000; 7.5km – 1,000)
  • Fun run bibs wills be postage only, until the week prior to the event
  • Fun run bib pick up is only available for registrations during the week prior to the event day
  • Fun run bibs cannot be collected on race day
  • Fun runners will receive a start wave time and will undertake a ‘trickle’ start
  • On course drink stations will be available, however Vcrew members will not hand cups to runners.
  • There will be no finish line presentations or sponsors village (winner announcements / presentations will be done via social media)
  • Dysons buses will be available at the finish line, however numbers of passenger per bus will be capped.
