RUN WALK COURSES
In 2019, you have three options to take part in the Hume Bank City2City Run/Walk. You can participate in the:
- 10km fun run starting at 8.00am
- 7.5km fun run starting at 8.20am, or
- walk & talk starting at 8.30am
All start on Dean Street, Albury City at QEII Square and incorporate Dean St, Wodonga Place, the Lincoln Causeway, Sumsion Gardens and South St and Elgin Boulevard in Wodonga, finishing at Junction Place. Participants in the 10km course have the added bonus of taking in the scenery at Gateway Island.
The flat, on-road course provides for a great event for people of all fitness abilities. With the change in course this year and the new finish line at Junction Place, we have measured the 10km course using the AIMS/IAAF process to ensure the distance is absolutely a spot on 10km.
Water stations will be located every 2km along the course to ensure all runners and walkers are well hydrated throughout this event. See course maps for water station locations or print off the course route PDF for reference.
St Johns Ambulance Australia will provide first aid assistance and ambulance services for the Hume Bank City2City RunWalk with a First Aid crew posted at the Start Area and the Finish Area as well as a mobile response crew en route.
The final course may be subject to minor change, in the best interest of the health and safety of participants, as directed by Authorities
